ブルガリアの検察当局は、暗号通貨貸し手であるNexoとその4人の幹部に対する犯罪捜査を証拠不十分のために終了した。今年1月にNexoのオフィスが警察によって捜索され、マネーロンダリング、税務違反、無許可銀行業務などの疑いが持たれていたが、Nexoの提供する製品が金融商品に該当しないと結論付けられたため、投資サービスではないとされ、税務およびコンピュータ詐欺の容疑も取り下げられた。
